Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

Located on a pastoral hillside above the Alexander Valley, the T BAR T Ranch produces wines of exceptional character and intensity. The vineyard’s 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon blocks delivered rich fruit with high acid and poetic minerality. This inky dark wine gives rise to aromas of sweet crushed berries, espresso, crushed rock and redwood. The aromas lead seamlessly to flavors of black currant and raspberry, framed bo bold tannins and a caramelized, smoky wood finish that melts into a lingering earthy echo. This wine is crafted to enjoy over the next 5 - 7 years.
